Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's unique and historic atmosphere, highlighting its beautiful design, antique furnishings, and characterful ambiance. The location was appreciated for its proximity to Madrid and transport links. Some guests found the service friendly and welcoming. However, many reviews expressed disappointment with the breakfast, which was often served in-room as a cold, pre-packaged meal, and did not meet expectations. Cleanliness and maintenance were occasionally criticized, but overall, the positive aspects of the hotel's charm and setting stood out.
