it was situated ideally for our evening theatre performance, easy parking, met immediately on arrival, plenty of information, hosts were wonderful, friendly helpful. room was perfect although the weather was terrible outside, we were made to feel very comfortable inside.
Our room was clean and tidy and had a nice distant view out over the Bay. The location of the Hotel was good with only a short walk to shops, bars and restaurants The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming.
There were only a couple of very minor things being the breakfast area was a little small and we felt a little on top of the other guests. There wasn't a table free when we arrived for breakfast so we did feel a little unsure at first what to do or where to wait for a table to become free. However, the staff did come over after a while to help. Our bathroom in our room was extremely small and there wasn't a lot of space to put our toiletry bags. However, our room was of a good size.
Everything else was brilliant the staff were polite and welcoming. The location was excellent very close to all the local amenities parked the car up never used it again till I was ready to go home. A beautiful building. Will be back in the summer so I can use the pool.
The mattress was a bit lumpy but still managed to get a good sleep.
Staff lovely. Owner lovely. Gray clean room.
I really struggled to sleep as the wall to the connecting bedroom was so thin and the man next door snored so loudly I felt as if he was in bed next to me. Everything else was lovely but it had a massive impact on my stay. With a weekend away from our two young children I was praying for sleep.
