Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near the river and city center, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, with several guests mentioning specific employees by name. Cleanliness was also highlighted, with many reviews noting tidy and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was described as generous and of good quality. However, some guests found the rooms to be on the smaller side, and there were isolated incidents regarding noise and service lapses, but overall, the positive aspects outweighed the negatives.
