Pros (+) Easy location for Shibuya - reception easy to get to - check in and out rapid
Cons (-) Rooms were very small - but that is Tokyo for you. Food was from the cafe and was nothing exceptional - but reasonable value

Cons (-) One older Male not the friendliest. Once at check in and at the end when trying to get taxis.
