I liked the staff! They were very helpful to us being a group of foreigners. The showers were good. The location was perfect! It was a 10 minute walk to the subway, in the middle of Asakusa! Perfect for tourists to wander around Tokyo!
The beds could be more comfortable.

Location, comfortable bed, nog to far from metro
I decided that I do not like hostels anymore. I want to be in regular hotels with a private room: not having to put stuff away in lockers, putting my stuff on bathroom instead of taking it all back to the room

I enjoyed the service and the staff. It is value for the money. The staff accommodated me and a friend in one room by ourselves, even though we had booked separately, and had booked for a female dorm.
The bathroom was too small. The female and male bathrooms were right next to each other. It felt a bit claustrophobic.
