Accessiblity n convenience
Staff were 100% superb!! Hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood and is surrounded by an abundance of trees.
While the location was beautiful, there are NO shops or restaurants nearby. The closest were a 15-20 minutes away by foot or a 5 minute cab ride (500-650 Yen depending on traffic. And the hotel itself has NO shops and NO business center and NO restaurants except for a single dining area for ALL meals. And the hotel does not have a Japanese restaurant!! We had to take a cab to the Shinagawa station area to find any Japanese food or basic conveniences.
Location is good, breakfast is good but menu is same everyday so gets monotonous. not much veg options.
not much veg options.
Very clean and organised. Spacious rooms. The Buffett breakfast was excellent
I wanted fresh milk for my coffee. And even though I spent close to $70 Australian on room service they wanted to charge me extra for a splash of milk.
Staff were very accommodating. Room was very comfortable.
We specifically chose the hotel as it had a pool which my family could relax in. However, we were told when we tried to us it that no one under the age of 16 was allowed to use the pool. This is a ridiculous rule which we have never encountered before in a hotel and greatly reduced our enjoyment of the hotel
