Cons:We stayed on reward points as ambassadors. We were treated appallingly. The room was average for the type of hotel we were staying in. The staff were quite standoffish, considering we had just come from Intercontinental Delete repeated word Bay where the service was outstanding and we could not fault a single thing it was a huge disappointment to be treated like this. When we went for dinner in the restaurant we were not even offered a drinks or wine list the whole meal and they forgot my meal altogether. When they cleaned the room they left dirty dishes behind. I never complain about anywhere that I stay but it was enough to taint my holiday. When we checked out they did not even ask us how the stay was. We are Platinum members.
Cons:Don't have any complaints
Cons:Small room Hotel smells like smoke
Cons:crowded hotel, small room, facility a bit aging
Cons:beds are very firm
