Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to public transportation and the vibrant Shinjuku area while still being quiet and safe. The staff received high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, making guests feel welcome. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, and some found the hotel to offer good value for its price. However, a recurring complaint was the small room size, which several guests found inconvenient, especially for families or those with large luggage.
