The hotel location and amenities are nice. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. I stayed in a dorm, and found the dorm to be fairly noisy (the beds squeaked, the storage is lockers, which are on the louder end). Also the mattress is quite thin, which is likely just a difference due to Japan vs. US culture, but be aware for anyone with spine/hip issues who might be more accustomed to more mattress...
