Good location easily accessible to Shiomi station. The hotel is clean Good beds Fair price Housekeepers are very good, they speak and understand english, they were helpfull and very kind!
Reception staff is under-qualified for foreign guests - urgent need of english knowledge! if you don't have a voucher you can leave the hotel for a meal - we were waiting for 45 min and were told to get food in the store, they refused access.
How close it was from the train station, yet you can’t ever hear the trains.
Didn’t get a good view
Stayed here now twice - both occasions for Disney and ease of travel. Great location (for Disney fans) and plenty of shops/food etc around as well. Hotel staff were helpful and everything was smooth, clean and easy.
The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The AC works great.
We booked a triple room. This means a twin bed was sandwiched between the other two beds so we had wall to wall bed. No room for luggage and barely enough room to scoot down the wall at the foot of the bed. It is just too small to be offering triples. The beds are not large enough for two six foot Americans. Even skinny ones!
1. First of all, the receptionist attitude is too bad. When checking in at 23:30 on July 9, Mr.Takahashi loudly told me, even though it was not my fault. 2. The automatic check-in system takes a lot of customers' time, causing lots of trouble and fatigue from waiting. The check-in procedure must be done by the receptionist for the customer, then quickly and respect the customer. 3. When checking out automatically, put the room card in the box, the receptionist does not thank the customer. 4. The receptionist hardly laughed or interacted with customers. 5. The corridor of the corridor is dirtier than I thought about the cleanliness of the Japanese hotel. Our company often goes on business in Tokyo but we will never return to this hotel.
