Cons: Billed wrong
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great Luxury hotel, great location, clean, modern, confortable beds and great breakfast.
Cons: The payment process was confusing. I gave my debit card at check-in and at check-out, I have to pay 5% of the deposit to get the money back. If I knew that I would have given a credit card instead of a debit card.

Pros: Awesome service. The concierges we interacted with are all lovely people. The bar was great, the al pastor tacos were amazing. The room was super clean and comfortable. The area where the hotel is located is full of nice bars and restaurants. There's a mini mall next to it with a movie theater as well. The breakfast and dinner dishes we tried were delicious. The internet speed was very decent.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was great, location was great, staff was very attentive, price was reasonable.
Cons: The rooms have very little sound proofing. Almost every sound outside my room was clearly audible from light switches to snoring to people talking far down the hall outside their rooms. I also was disappointed in the restaurant offerings in the hotel. I found no decent breakfast available.

Pros: The Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Their dining room was closed at 5 PM on New Year's eve, our 3rd year there for NYE, but they kept our champagne chilled for us for Happy Hour before walking to another Hotel for a little supper, and for us to welcome in the New Year on their wonderful rooftop lounge. The night staff turned on the lights up there for us. and Miguel Angel was excellent in greeting us and getting taxi's etc.
Cons: Very chilly. Need heaters up on the roof top lounge, or warm wraps or blankets up there.

5,0 Okay
Pros: Location, staff, and decor.
Cons: We had a leaky bath tub. Every time someone showered, water leaked because the caulking was missing and or warmed out which caused the water to leak onto the bathroom; which created a hazardous (slippery) situation. Issue was addressed twice, but all they did was throw a towel on the floor to absorb the water. Nothing was done about or said about it. The beds are full size and very uncomfortable, can't sleep two adults. With the large size of the rooms, they could have at least queen size beds (plus pull out sofa extended unevenly).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I've stayed here many times and this hotel just works. Great rooms, great central location, and lovely (although unheated) pool and pool area with bar. Regularly scheduled events (including live mariachis on Wednesdays) every night in the lobby bar. Best breakfast buffet I've ever had anywhere in the world. Very reasonably priced if you're coming from the US or Canada. I would never stay anywhere else in Guadalajara.

Pros: Overall stay was good, rooms nice comfortable and quiet.

9,7 Excellent
Pros: This is a great place that is always very busy for a reason. Great breakfast buffet, friendly staff, and a nice courtesy lounge with free snacks and drinks for when you are in a rush and need something on the way out..or just want to enjoy a beer before heading to your room/pool.
Cons: I'm not sure what happened with my room this time, but the pillows were completely awful. I was in a room with 2 double beds and all of them were no good. Later in the week when I moved rooms to a king, they were much better which improved the overall quality of the comfort.
10,0 Excellent

10,0 Excellent
4,0 Okay
Pros: I loved the decor and view and available parking
Cons: The front desk girls attitude and the hair from previous guest all over the bed it was disgusting we called for them to clean up the guy who came up real nice but no further apology nothing and our bed was full of it everywhere made me think dis they even clean anything else ruined the experience

Pros: Lovely little oasis. Excellent breakfast.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Charming hotel easy access to Tlaquepaque shopping
Cons: Staff, breakfast included, location
7,9 Good
Pros: True to posted photos, clean, and warm.
Cons: Checked in late at night, big mistake. So grateful the taxi waited as I knocked on the large doors shrouded in darkness. After a few minutes an old man emerged and led me down an impossibly dark path with a flashlight. The entire check in was orchestrated with a flashlight in darkness. Then led across the street, past another set of large doors, again in complete darkness. The terrace is not private, not that I would have ventured out in the pitch black dark. Spent the night praying it would all look better in the daylight, luckily it did.

Pros: We greatly enjoyed our 4 day stay at this hotel. It is very clean and the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. We needed assistance to print an important short document and the front desk staff as well as the young woman at the concierge desk helped us. Excellent breakfast buffet. We also ate dinner one evening- pasta and salad. Very good and price was good. We were surprised to find our room was larger than expected. Furnishings suited the colonial style of the hotel and nicely upgraded bathroom. Our only suggestion is to provide a bath mat.

Pros: It was a great hotel. The beds were very comfortable. I should've of rated a Excellent but, the reason i only gave it a "good", is because there was no pool. But I also loved the starbucks downstairs.

Cons: Restaurant in hotel did not have enough personal to attend to guests in taking their orders.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff is very professional and helpful.
5,3 Okay
Pros: close to downtown price
Cons: construction in lobby windows leaking bathroom smell
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was super friendly. Location was walking distance to everything. Very secure. Had to give your key to the front desk when leaving the hotel because the key deactivates after a certain distance. Simple and fast to get the key back once you arrived. Cleaning service was really nice and thorough. Loved the big pillows in the room. Room size was perfect as well as the bathroom size. Loved the space in the shower as well. Interior looked very classy. Would stay here again.
Cons: Room service took over 40min to get to our room and the food wasn’t the best. But it was available 24hours! WiFi wasn’t the best, very spotty.
6,0 Good
Pros: It's just a hotel, nothing fancy. Location is fine.
Cons: valet parking would have been great
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great Value for money, brilliant location in the safe area.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Room was nice and spaceious with 2 double beds. The hotel and room is very modern and well-designed. It's in a good location, very close to everything you need or want to see. Pretty nice room service menu with low prices and no extra charge. All of the staff was extremly helpful and friendly.
Cons: Although there was a smart TV in the room, you are not able to use youtube/netflix on it.
7,4 Good
Pros: Great location.... Walk 1 1/2 short blocks and your at the beginning of the tourist walking street attractions. Abouts 7 blocks in a row with Plazas, Churches, Fountains, Museums, Restaurants, Sculptures and Government Buildings with murals not to be missed. Rooms away from elevators are quiet, ask for 5th floor or higher, really any view is fantastic but the preferred Church steeple view rooms are hard if not impossible to get. I arrived to the hotel at 10am and had to wait until half past 11 to get a room away from the loud elevator. No View of Church Spires but got room 706 and saw another church a few blocks away and some impressive mountain views.
Cons: Slipped a little on wet bathroom floor, grabbed for towel rack and the bar came off in my hand. Someone else had done the same slipping motion, pulled the towel rack off the wall and the Hotel Staff never fixed the towel rack, Housekeeping just keeps putting clean towels on the loose bar and its an accident waiting to happen, Could you imagine dropping that bar on your foot... Three out of four light bulbs in the room were burnt out, woman at front desk with long curly hair is not trying in any way to earn any customer service points. The rest of the Hotel Staff was excellent. Really slept well regardless of the pillows from hell. Oh and the towels are old and worn. And my sheets were torn and it looked like someone steam ironed a candy wrapper to fix the hole.

Cons: Internet.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was exceptional. Room clean. Small mall with restaurants and convenience store across the street. Most all staff spoke English, were professional and polite. With the exception of the AC repairman who played the "me no speak english card" when he was to lazy to fix the AC.
Cons: My original bellman walked me and luggage to room, tossed luggage on table, pointed to the phone and said "dial 0 if you have any questions" then left. Broken AC unit and repairman said I wasn't using it properly not broken. Temp continues to go down after increasing the temp - it's broken. It remained broken, we ask for an extra blanket. The pool was to dirty for use, stuck on the 12th floor roof with the gym - no water available in the gym - the pool could be nice if kept clean of debris. The hotel location is on a extremely busy route, making a simple 2-5 mile trip take an hour or more.

Pros: The lobby and staff were nice. I liked that we could drink the tap water since it is filtered, and they have a nice gym and rooftop pool.
Cons: First of all the glass on the desk had a crack which my partner cut himself on. The coffee maker was missing, and the bed was broken on one side and wobbled. We were in the Rewards part of the 17th floor but all around were screaming kids.

Pros: Once you pass the door, it's a gorgeous setting, colonial style. Thanks to Jaime, I was freely upgraded to a beautiful room overlooking the inside patio and pool area. I had dinner twice in the premises and the service was excellent. Prices are reasonable. All in all, the fact that you're a bit away from the very centre is compensated by the beautiful setting.
Cons: Perhaps a bit isolated, but I knew that before. It's well worth it.

Pros: Staying at Quinta Real for our first visit to Guadalajara was perfect. The area is clean and safe, the hotel and rooms are beautiful !! Loved the restaurant and really appreciated the helpful staff!! Special thanks to Jaime for answering all our questions and getting us reliable transportation to the sights. Loved our stay!!

Cons: Poor location not walkable to anywhere
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very spacious! The bathroom was fabulous! The shower, the bed, the staff...I could go on! We were impressed from the moment we drove up late at night and the attendant greeted us with such friendliness as if they were expecting us at that very moment. We didn’t have to lift a finger as our luggage was handled by the attendant and even placed in the closet once we arrived to our room. We were greeted with flavored water, a hotel specialty. If you need ice, even ice is taken to your room. The beds are so comfortable and the closet has extra pillows if you need them. The food at the restaurant is delicious! The servers take their time and answer any questions and make great recommendations. I wanted us to have all our meals at the restaurant because it is such a beautiful and peaceful place with a spectacular view of the patio.I plan to go back just to enjoy more of the hotel!
Cons: There was nothing not to like! I am only sad that the hotel is not pet friendly as We like to travel with our fur baby. Would have no problem paying a pet fee.

2,5 Mediocre
Pros: Looked like a nice place
Cons: Score of 0.0!!! I thought I had used the pet friendly filter with this property but apparently I did not. When I booked it four days in advance, I sent a message to the hotel stating that I had a friendly dog. If the Hotel would’ve responded within two days, I could have canceled the reservation with no fees. But that didn’t happen, which seems like nobody reads the messages. When I tried to check in, they would not let me with my dog so I left and had to find a different hotel that was pet friendly. I did not realize I would be charged the full rate as if I stayed there. When I try to contest it with booking.com and Hilton, they responded to booking.com saying that I had checked out the next morning, which was a lie! They would not remove any charges. No offers or coupons from either company. I will never stay at a Hilton again or use booking.com again!

8,2 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower great. Overall great room. The staff at the front desk were awesome and so were the men who took care of the cars. I would not call them valets because they seemed to do a lot of different things, but they were awesome.
Cons: There is a disco somewhere near and it was a little noisy. Not so bad but if I would have ear plugs it would have been better.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room is very spacious, very clean. The hotel is near the historical center. All the services were very good.
Cons: Smell of food on the halls..
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Really nice, friendly and helpful staff, my third time staying and always great.
Cons: Everything was great.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were nice and clean, just as the photos show. We went to the restaurant for dinner, and that was really, really good with a wide variety of Mexican dishes. The breakfast buffet was good, too, with hot and cold items. The prices for both of those were great. Dinner for 20 people was 2429 pesos, or about $130; breakfast for 20 was 1829 pesos or $100. It wasn't far to walk to the cathedral area and lots of great sites. I didn't go out walking at night, but during the day it seemed to be a safe neighborhood. It was nice, too, that they had a computer down in the lobby that anyone could use.
Cons: The staff was friendly at first, but seemed to grow less so as I had more requests/needs. We had a large group, though, so as the coordinator, it wasn't really a lot to ask for the number of people we had (I wasn't just being high maintenance). Part of the issue may have been that their English wasn't so good and my Spanish isn't so good. Whatever it was, it wasn't the best experience of service. Also, the street seemed noisy at night, but as we went to other towns, by comparison, it wasn't. Mexico is just kind of a noisy place.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: The type of room that we had requested was not available when we arrived, and the young lady at the front desk graciously upgraded us to a lovely room with a balcony, king bed and spa bathtub. It was a very comfortable room with a great shower and lovely bathroom. I am not normally it fan of restaurants in hotels, but when I stay here, I eat in the restaurant at least once a day. Very good food and service in a lovely setting. The location in the historic district really can't be beat!
Cons: This time around, the bed was a little firm for my liking. Having said that, I do prefer a mattress that is a bit softer, so this one would probably be fine for many people who prefer a firmer mattress.
