Pros (+) The staff were professional and pleasant. The breakfast had a good selection. The rooms were spacious with interesting views. There was a lot of security. There are several good restaurants around the hotel.
Cons (-) The breakfast area was generally crowded and you had to wait for a seat if you wanted to eat indoors. The hotel did not respond to emails, I had to telephone to get a response to a question concerning airport pick-up.

Cons (-) I was charged by the hotel at my check out and by getaroom when room was booked. Now none of them resolve the issue. Each tells me to talk to the other. Very disappointing. Feeling ripped
