Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near transport and attractions, as well as the quality and variety of the complimentary breakfast. Some guests also mention friendly and helpful staff. However, there are recurring complaints about cleanliness, including dirty rooms, old linens, pests, and maintenance issues. Service is mixed, with some positive experiences but also reports of slow or inadequate responses to requests. Room size and amenities are generally considered adequate but not exceptional. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good value for its location and breakfast, but could improve on cleanliness and service consistency.
