9,6 Excellent
Pros: We arrived very early, with lots of luggage and the hotel was hugely accommodating...allowing us immediate access to a similar room which allowed us to relax and really explore the city! Ate at the restaurant on the last night as tired...was excellent!
7,1 Good
Pros: Friendly staff at desk.
Cons: The room is OK for a business traveller staying one night. We had been traveling for two weeks when we checked in (i.e. baggage) and found that the room had no closet, chest of drawers, nor even bathroom hooks for towels etc. If you're coming with one suit and two shirts-- it's fine but not if you're touring...... Also the hotel restaurant was highly recommended to us but we were surprised to find that, after we dropped our bags in our room, that there were no tables available for almost two hours. The staff at the restaurant were pretty "snooty"....
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Steps away from the fountain and busy pedestrian plaza full of delicious shops, the lux hotel is the perfect Reims basecamp. Wonderful front desk staff. Exceptionally large (by Europian Standards) rooms. Enjoy!
Cons: Public parking across street is NOT 24 hours without gate ticket - front desk staff should have warned us. Also public parking self pay kiosk did accept USA VISA bank cards (I tried them all). Tip - pay inside parking office before returning to your car
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I chose the hotel bc I wanted to charge my car overnight. When I arrived at the car park the charger was occupied but the car was no longer charging. When I informed reception they were super helpful. They contacted the owner and he came and moved in 15 mins. Super super efficient and polite all round. I wish all hotels were this helpful. Hotel was very nice too.
Cons: Nothing I didn’t like
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is ideally located in Reims just around the corner from a wide selection of restaurants and also close for sight seeing and shopping. Convenient car parking is available by prior appointment in the basement of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast, although looking expensive when compared with other hotels, is actually good value for money with a wide choice of food.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to find, great location, clean and well presented and very comfortable.
Cons: Heating not easy to control and a very high bath making the use it and the shower difficult
Hotel Continental - Reims - Reims - Building

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Planning an event in Reims? This hotel has facilities measuring 753 square feet (70 square meters), including conference space. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was superb and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The room was clean and charming. DO NOT stay in room 112 above the restaurant and bar. The music (base) pounded till after 1:00am and we did not sleep. We asked to be moved but they were full. We would have given perfect scores if stayed in different room. We will go back!
Cons: The loud pounding music. They DID TRY to accommodate on the second night (we understand it’s their business). Just would have preferred a different room!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good but they never refreshed the dishes. One tray of Bacon was gone and with an hour left of breakfast service - never replenished. The cheese temperature needs to be better maintained. The service was good though and the bartenders know what they are doing. My friend and I asked them to just kind of make something up for us and the bartender came up with this lychee something that was incredible. They could drive more business by offering a greater shared appetizer menu. It's a great location and setting to go before going to dinner elsewhere in Reims and the views out the windows and people watching is great. The location to the parking garage couldn't be better.
Cons: We were in room 001 which is right next to the lobby bathroom and the only room on the main floor to my knowledge. It is wheelchair accessible for this reason. Pros were that it was like we had a powder room right next to our room - since I was traveling with a friend, this was handy. But the room was way too hot and even after the handyman came to look at it, the room maintained itself at 27 C which was way too hot for a good night sleep. Since it was a ground floor room we didn't feel comfortable sleeping with the window open AND the smoking patio is right outside. Initially the front desk person said they had a fan if we needed it but when we went back to ask for it, the next person at the desk said they had given all the fans away. All of this being said - if you need a ground floor room with a wall less shower and easy access to smoking porch - this is the room for you.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The bar and restaurant. The shower in the bathroom.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Liked the blackout shade on the window
Cons: Beds were not very comfortable
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location and facilities. Rooms a little small although we did book the smallest room.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was really clean and modern. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the beds were comfy.
Cons: The air con was a bit anaemic and there was a very limited room service selection
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Nice location. Nice lobby. Clean everywhere. Nice lift. Breakfast was excellent. But make sure they charge you properly. Just get the Continental breakfast for 9Euro. We’ll definitely stay here again for a longer stay. Two nights was too short
Cons: Rooms were small. But, what the heck do you expect? It’s France. Still, if you can, ask for a little larger room. But do stay here.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Central location, short walk to the TGV station, lovely clean modern facilities in a historic building and attentive staff - a joy to stay here, well done everyone.
Cons: The laundry service was the only negative as a pair of jeans and one shirt were not returned cleaned and press in a 24 hour period. The hotel may need to find a new provider.

Pros: We loved everything about this property and would highly recommend it to all. It is a piece of paradise that is easily the best accommodation we have had in 5 weeks travelling around europe and the cellar tour is also superb.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely traditional villa in a large garden, sitting over impressive cellars. A great little champagne tour and tasting right there at the villa.
Cons: There was no nearby restaurant for our evening arrival.
7,0 Good
Pros: location, grounds, bed & room Building was nice
Cons: Don’t think staff too warm Too many rules around 6pm arrival , breakfast 8.30-9.30, lick in from door difficult to operate, no after hours contact , hot water was not consistent
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The whole building is very nice, the combination with the tour through the cellars makes it a really cool place to have a stay over. The champagne is fab too.
Cons: All really good. Only thing that the superior room didn't have was a hook to put the showerhead up, so you could only have a bath, but not really a shower
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property, peaceful location and best of all the own brand champagne is some of the best we tried. The living rooms downstairs were a treat to spend time in with family sampling the champagne. Staff were all welcoming and friendly and helpful with suggestions for dinner places and local attractions to see.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely traditional building set in well looked after large garden. Champagne served with breakfast - what's not to like! Tour of the cellar was fascinating.
Cons: On the top floor the wifi signal could have been stronger
9,6 Excellent
Pros: This is a small boutique hotel, and we experience a very personal service. For breakfast guests sit round a large table, which means it’s easy to get to know some of the other guests if you want to.
7,1 Good
Pros: Good breakfast.
Cons: No heating
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The House had its own champagne production, which you after booking can have a guided Tour in - to learn more about champagne. The breakfast was good, and the staff very sweet and Helpful.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff, beautiful surroundings, vineyard view from the room, delicious breakfast, spacious room. All in all magnificent.

Pros: Car parking. Close to center to walk for restaurants.

Pros: This was the last night of our trip and proved to be the best hotel of the nine we used. A wonderful building, beautiful room and well equipped, modern, en suite. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was outstanding and so well presented. I had a problem with my car, which failed to start due to a dead battery, and without the help of the hotel staff, it would have been much harder for me to get it fixed, as my French is pretty pathetic!
Cons: There was nothing to dislike!

Cons: Nothing!
7,0 Good
Pros: good breakfast, nice and fresh too. lots of nice typical french goodies, including hot chocolate and croissants. I actually had boiled eggs on the second morning, just right.
Cons: Location was a little further than we thought, but still walking distance into the main street. Car parking was safe but a bit of a lottery getting a place in front of the hotel.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: This is a well kept family run hotel about 15 minutes walk to the train and the tram station. The owners are onsite and clearly care about their guests. Our room wasn't very large but very comfortable and clean. The shower was excellent and spacious. Breakfast was very good with a full selection of hot and cold things. They have lots of parking in front of the hotel or offer parking in a secure garage just down the street a few houses for a modest price. As we were on the motorbike we took them up on this and were well pleased. Be aware that the hotel has building located on both sides and that at any one time only one reception is open.
Cons: There isn't much immediately around the hotel but it is not very long of a walk to the city.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Family run business who take pride in their hotel
Cons: Include breakfast in room rate, not separate

7,9 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, great value for money, comfortable room, swimming pool
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We received a very warm welcome from the host who was very helpful with information on the local area. Our room had a huge bed which was very comfortable and a large bathroom, both of which were spotlessly clean. The room was rather small but we like a big bed so were happy with the compromise. Breakfast was served in the other half of the hotel on the opposite side of the road and there was a very good choice. The hotel has a lovely pool which would be great in the summer and there is also a hamman although we didn't use this in the end. Town is approx 15 minute walk away and is easy to find, there are also some restaurants on the way in. Would definitely stay here again if in the area

Pros: Location is great that’s about it
Cons: This is the third time I selected this hotel as my prior two previous experience were good but certainly this time was not the case. The room prices keep increasing and the service and the status of your facilities keeps going down, room was dirty, noise and with some many damages in the walls and in the furniture that you cannot notice them. Even thinking to claim reimbursement to the hotel chain, that’s how dissatisfied me and my partner are.

Cons: It is overpriced. The area is next to the motorway and far from the center, you can't move without a car or see anything nice around. It was noisy at night; we had a room next to the emergency exit and heard lot of noise( not sure what it was). Our airconditioning wasn't working.

Pros: Funky decor but a bit to much for me
Cons: Where to start. I feel hotel has had some improvements recently but stoped short. Staff when you actually spoke to them nice enough but they were a bit non existent. No one serving in the bar on a Friday night then when they did appear were un caring that paying customers were kept waiting. Breakfast over priced and what was there lacked in quality. Food suppose to be hot was cold and again no staff to help out. Defo won’t be back

Cons: Be good if Wifi was included (more than 2GB). Would've been good to have a Kettle
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing, it was closed
Cons: This is not a hotel. Reception closes at 6:30pm and they do not take phone calls afterwards. But they are fast with billing. So I stood in front of closed doors in the night. Needed to find other hotel and found nice one in the city. Next day I saw a message in booking.com from them telling me about a process with keys sent the last evening. Why they didn't called me or whatsapp or SMS. When I booked them I didn't saw this 6:30 limit. But being honest when I book a hotel in booking I expect offers with whom I can speak at least until 8pm and even later by phone. Else they are not worth to call them a hotel.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff. Secure parking.
Cons: It was raining, but thats a bit harsh.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location within walking distance to city center, private parking on site for a small fee.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Ease of parking car on premises
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Nice clean, well presented room.. plenty of kitchen items in the room.. modern design.. quiet location... near to the city centre.
Cons: We didn't see any staff during our stay as we checked in at the weekend, so I cant comment about them..
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very good location and very clean. Reims town centre within walking distance. Rooms were very clean with the convenience of lifts.
Cons: I booked the property as it was advertised as accommodation for 4 with beds for 2people and a sofa bed for 2people. Unfortunately, the sofa bed is quite narrow and quite uncomfortable to sleep 2 people, especially in summer when it’s warm and there is no fan or air conditioning.
7,9 Good
Pros: Great location, quiet. Check in well managed even though no staff around on the weekend.
Cons: A bit warm inside the apartment when it is hot outside.

Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hôtel de la Cathédrale in Reims (Reims City Centre), you'll be within a 5-minute walk of Museum of Fine Arts and Notre-Dame de Reims. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby and luggage storage.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Overall, everything the accommodations at this hotel were above acceptable. The double rooms are a little tight for 2 couples, but manageable since we were rarely inside. We didn't interact much with staff, they seemed accommodating and agreeable. The bathroom was fine, slightly precarious bathtub/shower combo that could use somewhat better enclosure, but completely function with good water pressure. The most redeeming aspect of the hotel was the location. It was at a perfect intersect with the Notre Dame of Reims and the commercial district with lots of shopping and restaurants. There is also a tourism center near the cathedral through which we found an excellent tour to some champagne houses.
Cons: Nothing in particular to complain about, everything was to acceptable standards.
7,4 Good
Pros: The hotel was in a good location and well located for walking round Reims. The beds and room were generally ok but the hotel itself was in need of upgrading, For the price we paid we were happy with the hotel and would use again for overnight stay.
Cons: No lifts so had to carry bags up the stairs.
4,2 Okay
Pros: The location only
Cons: No lift and rooms on 4th floor up spiral staircase. Bathroom minute. Will not be staying there again. Hotel completely out of date.

Pros: The location near the cathedral
Cons: The room was very small and the toillet was really very small. It was below expectations

Cons: Very very small twin room.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, very nice staff.
Cons: Bathrooms could use an update.
6,7 Good
Pros: Location good - few minutes walk from Cathedral. B/fast ok.
Cons: Staff attitude on our arrival. I needed a doctor, but the lady on reception was no help at all. We sorted this out ourselves
7,9 Good
Pros: The location is brilliant just along from the Cathedral and eating places. It's really easy to find from the Autoroute too just a few minutes. The lady in charge is charming and very helpful. A small room but ok and comfy beds
Cons: The horrible waterproof mattress protectors that made sleeping really difficult. We were on the fourth floor with a steep spiral staircase which was impossible for our elderly arthritic dog - if you are thinking of staying with a dog ask for a ground or first floor room!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: just in the centre. Amazing view of the Cathedral. It is a stone's throw from everything. Cathedral , Shopping, restaurants are all around. It is small but very clean and comfortable.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Room small and recently renovated. Comfortable with excellent location.
Cons: Carrying luggage to 4th floor - narrow staircase and no lift. Did not check this in advance,
7,0 Good
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: A basic but comfortable room spoilt by the fact that some of the contents needed attention. I understand that the Hotel has been refurbished but the carpet had large black stains on it and the shelf in the shower room, along with the table in the bedroom, needed a good coat of paint.
6,0 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, good breakfast,
Cons: We were on the 4th floor, no lifts and 80 stairs. Wardrobe had no doors, small space and bathroom was very small. Heating was not very efficient, my wife found the room cold. Room was described as "superior double"
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Old but the coolest place ever!
5,3 Okay
Pros: One of the two double beds was comfy
Cons: The other bed was sunk in and loud
5,0 Okay
Pros: Very friendly staff, hotel is convienently located
Cons: extremely small room on first night, many smaller defects in room (things like lightbulps did not work)
6,3 Good
Pros: Great location to see the Cathedrale, convenient parking garage right behind the hotel. The best thing about this hotel may be it's convenient location to a small restaurant right down the street, Le Colibri, that we happened upon by chance. This was one of the best meals we had in France. Great service, fantastic food, nice atmosphere.
Cons: No elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up a narrow circular staircase, so pack light.
6,0 Good
Pros: Very good location, you can see cathedral over the window.
Cons: Noise of the street in the morning, smell in the room was not so good due to chemicals used for cleaning.
7,3 Good
Pros: Very pleasant staff. Two minutes from the Cathedral, very central location
Cons:
5,6 Okay
Pros: Location - the hotel hosts - breakfast
Cons: Somewhat outdatesd and wornout - in desperate need of renovation
7,2 Good
Pros: The hotel is very cosy, little but tidy and pretty. It is in a very nice position in the centre of the city with a very close parking. The couple that runs the hotel is very very kind and welcoming. I had my big german shepherd with me but we had no problems, we could stay in a very nice room together and no one complained of us. The breakfast was good, in a nice little restaurant room. I only spent one night whilst travelling by car from the uk to Italy and I had a lovely time. I would have spent there another night on my way back if there was a room available, but it was full on my return date. Overall, it was great.

4,6 Okay
Pros: Centre of the City
Cons: Location was noisy at night. 3 attempts to find a suitable room. First the electronic key opened a room that was already occupied! Second, the room door wouldn't close or lock. The third option was offered as a twin room which we accepted yet when we entered it had a double bed and was for a disabled person. This was where we remained. The receptionist did not seem to know what rooms she was allocating. The 2 nights we stayed we were unsure if anyone else could access our room. Not recommended.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: A friendly hotel in a good city centre location, close to the Boulingrin market and Hotel de Ville, quiet and convenient, with a good breakfast.
Cons: Third floor room, too many stairs and no lift. The hotel was full so they couldn't change it, but the friendly staff would have done if they could have. So check in advance if you don't want to carry your bags up three flights of stairs. The small (economy) room did not have a separate bathroom - the toilet was next to the bed, which was not nice.

Pros: Great location
6,3 Good
Pros: Comfy pillows and bed
Cons: The decor was horrendous! Bright red walls in the bedroom are completely unrelaxing and unattractive . The restaurant at breakfast was completely filled with a Coach party. There was nowhere to have our breakfast other than in the bar area beside the pool table and a tv. The bathroom is small and well worn. The towels were thin and grey! Not at all like other Ibis Styles hotels we have stayed in previously. It is very down market
