Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location, friendly and helpful staff, and enjoyable breakfast offerings. Many found the suites spacious and comfortable, and appreciated thoughtful touches from the team. However, several reviews highlighted that the hotel does not meet 5-star standards, with dated or worn facilities, issues with cleanliness, and amenities such as the pool, spa, and gym not living up to expectations. Some guests also reported problems with room temperature, lack of in-room fridges, and unreliable Wi-Fi. Overall, while the service and location were standout positives, the hotel would benefit from renovations and clearer communication about its amenities.
