The staff were helpful. We were a family of 12 with 5 rooms and they put us all next door to each other. Rooms were comfortable and each one had a balcony with a view of the Sea of Galilee. Breakfast was great.
Parking was tough at times. Big buses are allowed to block parking for cars/vans and to park behind the cars/vans and block them in.
