Must call them for pick-up
Cons: There is no one or phone at the airport and you must find their phone number and call for pick-up to their slightly off-the-airport location. They are friendly, though.

They didn't have a car for me
Cons: When I got to the airport and called them to get a ride to their sit, they told me they didn't have any cars left. I had to go to Hertz instead

7 day car rental was over $400
Pros: Car was nice, good customer service
Cons: We rented in Guam. my boyfriend and I were both under 21 so they made us buy their insurance to cover which was an extra $150 and I had already but insurance that was $81 through Kayak which covers us. The car rented was the cheapest one on the lot as well. Wasn’t too happy.

Out of Cars but Took Us to Another Company
Pros: The company we ended up renting our car from gave us great service and I would rent from them again on my next trip.
Cons: When we got to the airport all the cars were rented out. They did take us to another rental company and we got a similar car for the same price.

Very professional
Pros: We were in and out in a timely manner. The vehicle was very clean and seemed well maintained. Staff were excellent.

Pros: Everythings are good except payment methods.
Cons: When we arrived, 2 of us couldn't use our Visa card with unknown reason,and couldn't pay by cash or Union pay, I suggest if there are more options of payment method, then perfect!

Great Service
Pros: The car we got was bigger than I expected and it was clean and looked new. It was nice that they provide free shuttle service to and from the airport when you rent from them. The rental process was quick and the representative who assisted us was very helpful, it took less than 10-15mins to complete same as when we returned the car at the end of our trip. Really great service!

Happy in Guam

Great Service
