Driving is on the right side of the road, and anyone who chooses to rent a car in Guam should be prepared to drive defensively and watch out for speeding vehicles, especially on winding rural roads. The minimum age to rent a car in Guam is 18, but some agencies impose a higher limit or charge a young driver’s fee where applicable. School zones may impose a speed limit of 15 mph or 25 mph, depending on their location and the number of road crossings.
