My wife and I arrived early in the morning and the car was ready immediately after we settled all the paperwork and payment. The staffs are very friendly and nice. We will definitely use Alamo again on our next visit.Avis

Cons:
The car smelled like cigarettes and I asked for a new one that didnt smell and was told that there wasnt anything they could do they said they would call me and met me know when a new one was available but never called. I tried to exchange it 3 times and ended up having to buy air fresheners for the car. Nothing ever happened with getting a new car. Would NOT recommend AVIS to anyone in the futureAndy's Rent A Car
