Pros (+) Location of Hotel was good. There was sufficient parking at a times. Room was clean and everything seem to work. Staff was great. Very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) The pillows were not comfotable, they went flat very fast. The bedding seemed old. Needs to be replaced. There were some old stains on the bedding.
Pros (+) Went and talked to Moises at front desk in morning. EXTREMELY accommodating and went out of his way to find us a clean NON smoking room. His customer service went above and beyond!

Pros (+) The room was clean and comfortable. Lot's of pillows, and the bed was just right. Breakfast offered healthy and less healthy options. Right off the frwy. between LA and Ventura counties.

Pros (+) The staff is wonderful. The rooms are clean & the grounds are beautiful and quiet. The front desk is efficient and well organized. The entire staff is helpful and knowledgeable should you have questions or a request. We are always treated with Sincere respect and kindness and made to feel valued and at home.
