The car was small ,wich is good on the narrow streets and roads of Ireland!!!Cons:
The GPS was out of date... the price for the the insurance was a rip off and the gps couldn't find a gas station nearby or the sixt branch where we we're dropping off...8,8 Very Good

Pickup and drop off points were at the best location possible, ''City Center''. The car was very well maintained and every aspect of it was thoroughly checked before it was rented to me. The staffs were very hospitable and helpful.Hertz

Good vehicle, easy drop off.Cons:

Pros:
Mark was the BEST!! We were sold an insurance policy from a 3rd party that ended up being invalid in Ireland...we never would have known without Mark! He brought it to our attention, helped us confirm this fact with the 3rd party, and helped facilitate our refund with them. He then helped us get a a valid policy, and even upgraded our car to help ease our pain of the day ;) Would recommend!Cons:

Didn't like attitude of counter staff on surprising news that as we had booked on a US website we were required to pay €12,500 immediately from our credit card before collecting our hire car. Also unknown to us a copy of our insurance was expected. Consequently we cancelled the car.2,0 Poor

Cons:
The total bill was twice what we were quoted. When we dropped the car off in Dublin it was in an empty parking lot and left a key at a desk. Then two days later received a bill for a price we were not quoted for. Over all the car cost over $100 a day for a size basic car. I called customer service to let them know we were charged an amount we didn't agree to and they told me to dispute it to my credit card company.4,0 Mediocre

The overall value was good. Helped by getting insurance from a third party - Alianze. The AVIS representative that I EVENTUALLY got to on pick up and drop off was very efficient.Cons:
The wait to see a representative on both pick up and drop off was extremely long The same representative on both ends of the trip took forever, continually trying to upsell insurance, instilling fear in the rentors. He held up everyone, but fortunately I didn't have to deal with him. The car was in terrible shape. The air conditioning didn't work. The fan only worked on high speed. The car itself was uncomfortable.2,0 Poor
