Pros: Friendly welcome from the owner, helpful when we asked for recommendations on where to eat in Tenby and recommended us well. Room was lovely and clean, toiletries available and tea & coffee in the room! Fresh towels and changed during our stay! Breakfast was beautiful and staff were very quick to take order and bring it to us in the lovely dining area with log fire! Central to everything, beach on the doorstep and just a short walk to the centre of Tenby! Parking wasn't available but it was only a 2 minute walk down the road and £16 for a 48hrs wasn't bad. Would definitely be back here again, I'd even upgrade to the sea view room as they looked amazing!!

Cons: Only with it being a cold weekend in November the heating in the room wasn't the best but it didn't ruin our weekend! This is not a negative on what was a lovely stay!

Pros: Great room. Luxurious. Very clean all through. We stayed in the top room with sleigh bed and jacuzzi and shower The bed was very comfortable. Slept like a log. Stayed for 3 nights and best sleep we have had in ages. No breakfast but we did have the option to order a breakfast basket for the next day for £6. We decided not to as we were happy to go into town. There was a co op quite close if we needed anything. Teas coffees milk and hot chocolate drinks in room with kettle. - which we used. Clean white fluffy towels and bathroom was spotlessly clean. We used the jacuzzi one night and it was very relaxing after a day out on the beach and walking. The heating was on about 5pm and nice and warm as we stayed early Nov . Marion was very nice and friendly and showed us around our room and how shower worked and jacuzzi. We saw her a couple of times after and she always asked how our day had been or asked us where we were going - quite nice I thought

Cons: When we arrived we met Marion straightaway and she did say we had not booked our black Labrador in with her and didn’t know we were bringing our dog. We paid an extra £12 a night for our dog as had not realised we had not paid. ! Our error . But after that it was plain sailing. We kept the room clean and took blankets for our dog for the carpet as it was cream . If you take your dog take covers for the floor / carpet .

Cons: I felt radiator when arrived, very luke warm and thought heating must have been on but room didn't feel like it. Sat in lounge, lovely but temperature too low so had to put extra clothing on. When got back at 10.45pm place cold and thought heating would come on. I ended up having to ware cardigan and double the duvet over and I eventually slept. Too cold even to read. Son's room the same. Told lady who said she had had a new radiator put in but she had over ridden it! Explains why so cold. Very dissappointed, was treating my son to something special. Stay in a £40 per night Inn the night before and it was very cosy.

Cons: Lack of parking is a problem in Tenby town centre. It would be problematic in the high season. However, the town is lovely, the beaches are clean and there's a lot to do there.
