Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near restaurants and the airport. Some guests found the rooms clean and comfortable, and a few mentioned friendly staff. However, many reviews cited issues with service, including unprofessional or unhelpful staff, and problems with cleanliness in some areas. Parking fees and difficulties were a common complaint, as were occasional maintenance and noise issues. Overall, while the location is a highlight, service and amenities received mixed feedback.

Checked in at 8pm, staff never mentioned anything about breakfast. Get to my room. AC was not in so it’s 79 degrees in the room. Turn on TV to binge watch Netflix, internet TV doesn’t work, I call and they switch me to a different room, internet TV doesn’t work there either. What a disappointment. Issues with the AC all night that it kept switching off. Shower head could use a good cleaning!

Pros (+) The hotel is very nice and clean staff is friendly. The bed and sheets were super comfy and soft I didn't want to get out of bed the next morning!
Cons (-) The "blackout" shades didn't black out anything and the water pressure was awful
