6,3 Good
Cons: The staff are generally nice but one of them was rude, we were doing check out and she rolled her eyes when we asked about the undersea tower next to the hotel and finally she didn’t answer us. In general this hotel is not worthy.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: outdoor sea view foot hot spring is amazing friendly staff(they help to pick your own yukata)
Cons: Dinner and breakfast not included interior of the room is a bit old
4,2 Okay
Pros: Bed is so so.. didn’t have a good night’s rest as it was either too warm or too cold. An Inn in Osaka provided Simmon’s mattress, I wonder... Air conditioner was all the way at one end of the elongated room.
Cons: Buffet dinner was a spread but the food could be better, air conditioner in room was at the end of the room, not effective in warming/ cooling the room.

Pros: Hotel provide traditional japanese customs and we can even wear it out!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Food , room’s view, friendly staffs
Cons: Nothing
7,1 Good
Pros: The room was spacious, very stunning sea view. Showering room was superb. And the bed was good too.
Cons: Mine was a suite for 4 pax, but they gave only 1 key, which was not flexible & so much inconvenience when 4 person separated for different activities. The food (dinner/breakfast) was not good as expected, in terms of the price they had charged.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The front desk staff are nice and helpful. One of them even know Cantonese and helped us to make a reservation for dinner at another night. The onsen is great. The dinner and breakfast buffet is okay. There is a lady selling local fruit in front of the shop at the morning. -- I recommend this as those are great and juicy.
Cons: Our rooms are just opposite to the function room and it is too noisy even we close the door. Lucky that the banquet closed at 9pm.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The room was really big with great ocean view. Their "box lunch" was exceptional value. Employees were super nice. This hotel is what I would call a resort hotel.
Cons: No way to get to hotel except by taxi. Not many places to see within walking distance.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel's facilities and staff were amazing.
Cons: The rooms felt slightly dated.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The bath was special. Room was decent, the price is reasonable, the staff was friendly. What shall I still ask for?
Cons: The "Saki no Yu" was destroyed by Typhoon...Wat a pity, man...

Pros: The buffet selection for both dinner and breakfast were fantastic. Onsen baths were great too! Location is very good - 2 mins to beach, with lots of eateries and convenience stores and a 24-hr supermarket nearby. Even a Daiso shop.
Cons: The limited time slot (no choice) of 1.5 hours for both dinner and breakfast buffet. Should be more flexible and stretch at least 3 -4 hours. Also morning shuttle back to station is not a good timing at all.
7,9 Good
Pros: Onsen and location where great. Staff helpful and nice.
Cons: Bathroom and toilet are much like solitary confinement. Breakfast was a bit to busy
7,9 Good
Pros: The onsen area is very nice
Cons: You could not open the windows
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Considering the price, Musashi is cheaper compare to another hotel near the beach. From my room, we can directly see the ocean even though it blocked a little by another hotel. All facilites also very clean and good, especially the private onsen. its a must if you don't like onsen with other people.
Cons: The view was slightly blocked by another hotel, not like in a picture.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The proximatey to the beach
Cons: The onsen per person charge I didn’t know about
7,9 Good
Pros: Perfect location to the beach and local shops/restaurants, futon bed was very comfortable, staff were polite and helpful. They let us use the lockers after checking out. The decoration in the lobby was nice and rooms resembled a Ryokan style. All the included amenities and yukata.
Cons: The room looked a little dated with some wall stains and paint missing from the furniture, it was a little expensive for the room and didn’t have the beach view as photos suggested, but the close proximity to the beach made up for it.
6,7 Good
Pros: Super friendly staff, polite and helpful. Good location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Spacious onsen.
Cons: The hotel has it’s charm but the room and facilities seem to be worn down. Even if the room is clean we didn’t find the other public areas that clean (carpets and chairs/sofas). We did not find this worth the price.

Close to family mart and restaurant Spain bar Valesta, where we had an excellent meal. Sightseeing: Especially the Senjojiki plateau was amazing, and the Aquarium museum was also very good. (Both within walking distance). Beach also great - very clean, good facilities, nice water and not overcrowded
Cons: Everything was really very good.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Large room, with exceptional bathroom and bubble bath, private balcony with view of the harbor, quiet due to extra doors, nice breakfast included and very friendly and helpful personnel.
Cons: nothing my wife and I did not like - one of the best hotels I have stayed and great price too.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful staff. The room was of a different configuration than usual but very good. Bathroom was excellent as was use of balcony. Huge TV but bed was difficult to get in and out of however it was very comfy.
Cons: Toilet room which is separate but in same room was very tiny for me. Smoke from smokers on balconies also came into room if balcony door was open.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room, Jacuzzi and view. The weather was awful (typhoon rain) but there was a convenience store nearby, a microwave we could use at the end of the hall and so we took the opportunity to have a rest day. The hotel is on the bay side, it's an easy fifteen minute walk to Shirahama Beach.
Cons: Dated splendour but comfortable
