The staff are amazing. The bed had Big o sunken area in it. The batteries were dead in the remote to the TV. The carpet needs you to be replaced. You couldn't take a bath the shower pool that was stuck in the up position so once you turned on the water you were hit in the head with water. Pros (+) Nothing the hotel is under construction! This was false advertising!
Cons (-) Not charge me for a room I didn’t stay in. On top it they won’t issue me a refund! I will never use kayak again because this!

Pros (+) It was near to the stadium sour allowed us to walk to the game. The staff was friendly and pretty fast to respond when I called to say the power was out in our room.
Cons (-) several points... 1. Saw roaches.. 5 over a single night stay. 2. Mattress sank very badly on the middle and was not comfortable. 3. Only one elevator was working and it was very slow. We stayed on the 4th floor so really would have liked to use the elevator. 4. The 4th floor hallways and the stairwell were very hot and we had to use them a lot.

Pros (+) Convenient location for visiting all of Tampa Bay.
Cons (-) Need to refresh the rooms; bathroom had sink that had been cracked and glued back together. Furniture was ready to scrap, it should not have been in use. Carpet in hall was too dirty for a hotel of their class. Breakfast was extremely limited, no warm offerings other than toast, but the toaster was hit-and-miss as to whether it would get warm enough to toast bread.

Pros (+) I had a horrible stay the night before so honestly the bar was set rather low. I don't want to talk down the place, for what we paid it was more than I expected. The place was clean enough and if your going to a game your not going to get much closer. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, not that I expected to see my car up on blocks the next morning but I also wouldn't have gone for a long walk...
Cons (-) The staff kind of causes a bit of a snafu since I had to separate bookings for the weekend. I was rather worked up when I got the call but the cooler head of my girlfriend was able to sort it out in no time. Pros (+) Pool area was good...shuttle from the airport was amazing. Nice guy.
Cons (-) The non-smoking is fake. The hallway outside my door reeked of Pot. Employee walked by, didn't do anything about it. Breakfast sucked. Staff was not very customer service oriented. More just hurry up and sleep and get out

Pros (+) Location was good. Nice to have breakfast included.
Cons (-) The facilities need a lot of help. It looks like they haven't put any maintainance into the building for a few years. Our shower was broken, there were dents in the walls, paint chipping, and holes in the curtains.
