Cleanliness, quiet, friendly staff, hotel gym, breakfast buffet
The rooms are designed so that the bathroom sink is viewed by all, so there is no privacy at the sink. There should be a bathroom door that closes off the sink area from the rest of the room, the way it's done in most homes and other hotels.
