Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near public transit, shopping, and food options. Many found the rooms clean and comfortable, with some highlighting spaciousness and modern amenities. However, several reviews noted issues with self check-in, lack of front desk assistance, and occasional cleaning or maintenance problems. While some staff were described as helpful and accommodating, others experienced communication or service challenges. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location, but guests should be prepared for self-service processes and occasional minor inconveniences.
