Location is superb as it is close to Taipei main station and Ximending. 7 eleven is super closeby too.
I couldn't get any signal on my phone inside the room and WIFI connection is not stable. The toilet seems to be clogged again even after the housekeeping tried to fix.

The family room is with new interior and clean. The breakfast is good but not many western variety. The laundry room has five washers and dryers. There are five elevators are very easy for customers to get their floors. The breakfast and dining area is large.
The wall color of breakfast and dining area is terrible.

It's good that the receptionists could speak good english. Place is good and not hard to find. It's pretty close to the taipei main station and restaurants and convenience stores. The room and pretty nice too and breakfast is really awesome. Would surely go back to this same hotel.

The staff were friendly and approachable. Checking in and out was quick and efficient. The location and external decor was good and welcoming as well.
The food choices for breakfast was disappointing, basically there were not many choices to begin with and the food was not adequately warmed. We have noticed other guests who shared the same disappointment over the food quality and diversity. The rooms were too small for a family and no hand soap was provided in our rooms. There were intermittent issues with our room Wi-Fi and the walls between rooms seemed hollow, which allows noises to be travelled from within a room to another. The view was horrendous as well as the view was blocked by a ventilation balcony of sorts. The floor between the beds were also creaking. Shampoo and body soap was not properly refilled after each night and some parts of the room remained quite dusty.
