Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to local attractions and public transport. Many reviewers also highlight the friendly and helpful service from the front desk staff. However, several guests express concerns about cleanliness, noting issues with room tidiness and lingering odors. Some mention that the breakfast is adequate but could be improved, and a few found the beds uncomfortable. Overall, while the location and service are strong points, improvements in cleanliness and amenities are needed.
