Pros:The staff and the snacks were great.
Cons:The boarding process was an absolute mess. Everything was late, my party was split into multiple planes, the system was not well explained. There was a great deal of stress involved that could have been avoided with better communication and more staff on hand.

Pros:We had the best flight attendant.
Cons:They switched us to a plane that was two hours late, they didn't give us any compensation or food when we asked because they said we would get some on the plane. Then, we did not receive any food (the rows behind us did though). Very unfortunate and disappointing.

Pros:The personnel was really friendly! They served us a drink, some chips and cookies (even though our flight was of an hour). They are excellent!

Pros:No crew, only the pilot and copilot. Extremely small plane. Virtually impossible avoiding forking out extra $20 for luggage. Carry-on luggage display is barely the size of a 15 inch laptop, smaller than one at Guatemala airport. So if you weren't hit by luggage fees outboard, you sure will inbou
Cons:Low fares, very small planes, no assigned seating despite what boarding pass says. A low cost option, however due to size of planes, luggage restrictions are so onerous it would be better to go on another airline. This is not a comment on the professionalism, dedication, moral of staff.
