Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. The staff received numerous compliments for their friendliness, helpfulness, and attention to detail, contributing positively to guests' experiences. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dust, stains, and inadequate housekeeping, which detracted from the overall impression. Room size was frequently mentioned as being very small and cramped, with some guests finding it uncomfortable. Noise levels were also a common concern, with thin walls and external sounds disrupting sleep for some visitors. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location and service stood out in the majority of reviews.
