Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests praised the hotel for its excellent central location, convenient access to public transportation, and proximity to restaurants and attractions. Many reviewers highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. However, some guests were disappointed by noise levels due to nearby trams and thin walls, and a few felt the hotel was overpriced or not as advertised. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location, service, and cleanliness stood out in the majority of reviews.

Fabulous location, literally cross the street and enter Central Station. The only downfall, which is not their fault, is the noise from people on the street below and across the road at Dominos pizza and the other pub. If you can sleep with street noise, then this is an ideal place to stay in Sydney. Regards - the country gal, who is used to the sound of cows at night.
