Pros (+) Location was great. On the water. Beds were comfy although the pull out could use a new mattress. Bathroom was quite large. You can close the door from the bedroom to the living area which is great for privacy and watching tv without disturbing the others.
Cons (-) Pullout couch needs a new mattress. Living room chairs and couch were quite low for the seniors to get out of.
