Pros (+) The hotel included nice restaurants that provided delicious food and great service. Rooms were of decent size and the location was within walking distance of the main shopping area.
Cons (-) In short, we were placed in the first room on level 8 that had blood stains on the curtains. We requested to change the room and were able to, but the hotel didn't recognize or acknowledge our concern...
