Cons (-) Only after booking on Kayak, received confirmation email that informed of 15% "resort fee" + 1% tax. Upon checkin was charged 15% + 9% tax, and was told by registration desk to take it up with Kayak. Seriously, 24% extra in hidden fees and even misinformation on total cost in confirmation email? This is misrepresentation and I should be refunded these fees.
