Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for events and proximity to attractions like Levi Stadium and the airport. Staff friendliness and helpfulness were also noted positively in several reviews. However, many guests expressed concerns about cleanliness, with multiple mentions of dirty rooms, mold, insects, and outdated facilities. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some appreciating the offering and others wishing for more variety or better quality. Overall, while the location and staff were highlights, cleanliness and maintenance need improvement.

Pros (+) No bed bugs... So that's a major plus
Cons (-) There are these weird metal rings in the bathroom ceiling screwed into the studs.... Like something you would hang chains to. It was a bit creepy. What would someone use these for?? Has someone been imprisoned in this bathroom?!

Cons (-) On the day after we arrived we got up late so the maid service past us by. Despite going to the front desk around 1 PM and letting them know we were out and about, our room was still skipped. Also the breakfast was blah.
