The view from the king suite was amazing-honestly the ocean never looked so beautiful. The room was a great size as well! We frequently went to the bar/restaurant at the hotel, Our Bartender Asca was truly amazing—made us feel at home and was truly the best employee we encountered!
The room had a full kitchen-but did not come prepared with the amenities one would hope for or has been used to with prior hotel stays, the kitchen did not come with any tools. No pots or pans or cooking utensils, not even paper towels or a kitchen towel to dry your hands, I had to call and request a pan and tools which honestly were of cheap quality and the food would just stick. We were not giving dish soap nor a sponge to clean up after ourselves and the dish washer didn’t properly clean the dishes, even after asking house keeping if they would give us an extra dish pod to run the machine again, the layout of the hotel was poorly designed it was a maze to get to the pool area and to the beach-we got lost the first time and the first employee we came across that we asked to guide us made us even more confused until later on we we’re guided to the pool area—the pool was very small soon and always crowded because of the lack of size-smaller the the pool in my current backyard. I felt like I spent most of my vacation also waiting for an elevator to get back to my room, I felt like all this little things made my stay even more inconvenient because I had to go out of my way to get the things I needed instead of them just being provided prior! a down fall of the room no matter how cold you would make the suite the bedroom would stay hot and the rest of the suite would get cold which made sleeping slightly uncomfortable. The restaurant was over priced for the quality of the food as well-I don’t mind paying the extra change for a dish if I know the food I am getting is high quality-but the food was less than or equal too any chain restaurant. The only good thing about the hotel was the view from the room but not even that could top off the disappointment for the overall experience especially for the price. I would probably not be staying here again anytime soon.
Great location midway of Miami and Ft Lauderdale. Love the beach
Elevators very slow this visit
The view from the room
Air Conditioning (hopeless) shower water temperature control ( hopeless) late check out $120 even though we were paying $350 for a meeting room!!) restaurant menu, price of bar beverages
The view and the customer service. The room was kinda clean.
My breakfast order was not as ordered. The potatoes were burned. (But...it was handled correctly...bravo)
Great location, Be prepared to PAY BIG TIME TO PARK AT THIS HOTEL!!!
Staff was rude, overcharged $140 and you are forced to pay $30 a day for valet parking. Parking is NOT included in the price you pay to rent your room!
