    Nice pool and restraunt, friendly staff, especially in the restraunt and bar. shuttel bus service was great.

    You had to pay for the gym usage although u already paid for the hotel. The roads leading up to it are terrible and have no street lights. It was also a bit far away from the centre which requires busses and taxis.

    The waiters service and The swimingpool.

    The músic in The swimmingpool is running whole day. The lift doesn't work. The gym is not incluyed in price.

    The hotel has a huge pool that can be very useful when you do not want to go to the beach. The hotel is in a 20 minutes walking distance to Nessebar. The staff of the hotel is excellent, although their English is quite poor.

Overview

Pollo Resort is situated in the southern part of Sunny Beach, 300 metres from the beach and the popular Club Cacao. It offers air-conditioned accommodation and an extensive spa offer. Amenities at the accommodation include cable TV, a kitchenette and a balcony. Tea and coffee making facilities can be provided upon request. The restaurant serves traditional Bulgarian cuisine accompanied by a wide selection of wines. You can dine on the summer terrace close to the swimming pool. Pollo Resort is 50 metres from a bus stop and it is well-connected to the ancient town of Nessebar as well as to the centre of Sunny Beach. The airport of Burgas is approximately 30 km from the Pollo.
