The hotel is very close to Cacao beach, which is great. The beach is cool and there is enough free zone. It is calm hotel without loud noises or laud music. The hotel is close to Nesebar. Rooms were cosy and houseaosykeeping was perfect.
The coffee at breakfast is not corresponding to a 4* hotel. There is no fresh juice which is a disadvantage. The worst problem was the Wi-fi connection. There is NO Wi-fi in the rooms. Only in the lobby. That is a huge disadvantage. You should work on that in the future.

It was very great. Will come again with pleasure. All the employes was very great and helpful. Balcony very big, with table and seats. Good position of complex. Close to beach 2 min walking. Non stop markets very close the hotel. Exchange office in the lobby. Recommand you to go to Bulgari restaurant that is inside the complex delicious food. Secure parking and we find place at every hour. Thanks Ms. Desislava (Manager) for giving us a biger room,at the same terms with the reservation, and for accomplished our requests at the check in.
Close the pool, the sunbeds there are a few, there are not enough. The water pool is cold some times, because in most part of the day is not sun on the water. The couch is a little bit wasted.
