Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central and convenient location, making it easy to access city attractions and public transport. However, many reviews highlighted issues with service, such as lack of on-site staff, difficult check-in, and poor communication. Cleanliness was also a concern, with several guests mentioning dirty linens, unpleasant odors, and maintenance problems. Bed comfort received mixed feedback, with some finding beds uncomfortable. Despite these drawbacks, a few guests felt the hotel offered good value for its price.
