Pros:Cleanliness, staff, pool/access to the beach- and the room is AMAZING.
Cons:Food options; not just things to eat and their old breakfast options- but the food was closed at 2nd pool; super inconvenient.

Pros:For whatever reason, the beds are just very very comfortable at this hotel. I always get a good night’s sleep here, which is very important when traveling on business. It’s also very convenient to be able to control the temperature and especially the A/C fan, in addition to the ceiling fan (but be careful, the ceiling fan is low, and I almost got my hand clipped when changing shirts). I run the A/C fan for the background noise and that will almost always drown out any irregular noise from the other guests in the area, which is probably why I sleep so soundly every time I stay here. Staff is friendly and helpful and they have Life Fitness machines in the gym. Smart TVs have HBO Go built right in.
Cons:The hotel is not brand new, but it is still well maintained. Don’t expect the analog phone system to work well, especially since you can use the app on your phone for anything. The electronic key was not issued during this stay and did not work when it was requested, but that’s probably due to the COVID-19 pandemic taking place. Of course the hotel must do it’s due diligence to make sure not just anyone is staying at the hotel, so they will most likely expect everyone to checkin at the front desk. It’s the right thing to do, but just be aware that the electronic convenience is limited when outside conditions like this occur. Do your part and stay safe.

Pros:We’ve been coming here for about 10 years. The staff here are outstanding! Very comfortable and casual. Great location. We love this place!
Cons:The rooms are getting to be in need of renovation- getting worn and tired. But not awful and still very clean. We will stay here again.

Pros:We stayed in a room right on the ocean overlooking the pool. The staff here was excellent from check in to the room attendants and the room was clean. Bedding and bath was updated. Everything considered- we had a wonderful time
Cons:The Marriott needs to update this property. Our room was very dated and tired-old furniture, old rugs- but comfortable. Not up to the usual Marriott standards. We ate at the pool bar- great service people but not great food.

Pros:More of a family resort than quiet and relaxing for couples.
Cons:Main hotel is located right off the main road. Not very pretty scenery as you pull in, definitely not "beach resort" type feel initially. You are a ways from the beach or water view unless you are staying at the hotel's other buildings for a higher rate. Not much included for the price. Rooms pretty basic. For the price maybe breakfast should be included. Staff friendly and accommodating especially after we were initially given a dingy handicapped accessible room. They moved us no problem.

Pros:This was a good location for the area.
Cons:While checking in, Kim was having a hard time with the reservation. To make it up, she upgraded us to a better room. Two hours later, her supervisor Erica, called the room and told us that we would have to get out of the room. Only after speaking with the manager, were we ALLOWED to stay in the room.
