Super location, professional staff, excellent service. Steps away from the ferry office and launch as well as the lakeside promenade. Every staff member eager and willing to help in any way. Wonderful town.

The location, my room, although ‘bijou’ overlooking the lake was a bonus, with a balcony too, very unexpected. it was lovely to have breakfast in a bright sunny room looking out to the lake.
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, with only one pillow, ok for sleeping but not so good for reading. Limited choice at breakfast, mostly tinned fruit rather than fresh, just grapes. I felt the city tax was excessive. According to online information I was expecting to pay €1.50 per night for a 4* hotel but I paid €2.50 per night - I did query this but I was assured that was correct.

I liked the location. It is close to the lake and it has lots of good restaurants close by.
The walls are thin and it can be noisy if the neighbors are not sensitive to others.
