The service and staff, especially Daniele, were frequently highlighted for their friendliness, helpfulness, and attention to guest needs. Cleanliness was another strong point, with many mentioning spotless rooms and daily housekeeping. Breakfast received positive remarks for quality and variety. Parking availability, though sometimes at a cost, was appreciated by guests. Some minor negatives included lack of air conditioning in some rooms and small room sizes, but overall, the positives far outweighed any drawbacks.
