Best Western Plus Hotel Villa D'est

In the business district of Strasbourg with a wellness area, the Best Western Plus Hotel Villa D'est, Strasbourg, France, is a concentrate of elegance and charm close to the city's loveliest historic sites, its public spaces cosy and contemporary and each room given a personalised design, a ten-minute walk from the station with a closed garage. The air-conditioned rooms and suites bring free high-speed Internet and individual decor, with courtesy products and, in the higher categories, an hour's access to the wellness area, and a breakfast of local and organic products with freshly baked breads and pastries. A multilingual team keeps a 24-hour concierge service for bookings and tips. Strasbourg pairs the UNESCO-listed Grande-Île, with its soaring Gothic cathedral, the canals and half-timbered houses of the Petite France quarter, and the glassy seat of the European Parliament, a Rhineland city that has long bridged French and German traditions. A short walk or tram ride from the door, the old town opens onto one of Europe's great cathedral squares.
