Pros: Not much
Cons: Very poor layout and to be charged almost double for the second night Was disgusting Will most probably never stay there again
6,3 Good
Pros: I was pleased with the location and room itself. Beds were comfortable and I liked that the suite had kitchen necessities.
Cons: I was not happy with the check in process. My room was not ready upon arrival. I left for over an hr and returned and the room was still not ready. I did not get checked into my room until an hr and a half after the check in time. The garbage disposal did now work and needed maintenance to come fix it not even 30 minutes into our stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable, safe, private and attractive.
Cons: Marriott might try something else for breakfast
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Exeryroom was small and had no view to outside Claustrophobic
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We got out of our test earlier than expected and went to the hotel and asked if we could check in early , about noon. The lady who was at the front desk said sure and gave me an accessible room next to the rear door that was perfect for my needs.
Cons: The ice Maker in the fridge was turned off and the bin empty but the front desk staff went right to the kitchen and got me my bin full for my medical ice cooler machine. The staff was very helpful and responsive to my needs.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Judith, Front Desk Representative, was very helpful. Before I arrived, I called and spoke to Judith. I requested early check in. She was able to accommodate my request. After being on the road for 6 hours, this was refreshing. Judith have me a great room location. When I travel to Stockton, the Residence Inn by Marriott will be my only stay location.
Cons: No Ice machines - I had to go to the Front Desk for ice.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We had to leave early the next day so we didn't get to have breakfast. The facility was very good, clean, peaceful. The staff was great and help us greatly with the reservation mix-up.
Cons: The only thing I would say that need improving is the booking process. I booked the room online directly on your website. I was not aware that the booking was done thru Booking.com....Well when we arrived, front desk couldn't find my reservations. I had to call booking.com and they explained about the process and for what ever reason Residence Inn did not receive my booking there fore they couldn't find me. Thank God as I was about to leave, your manager came and was able to find us a room (and a better one) with your facility. Your staff was very good, calm and respectful threw out the whole ordeal.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Love the room sizes. 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms!
Cons: Checking took a little longer than I’d wished.
6,3 Good
Pros: Location is nice.
Cons: Staff was rude and could not find my reservation ...... so with a name like Mike Smith that was odd. Then the woman behind the desk ran my card three times for $420.00 each which tripped a fraud alert from Wells Fargo. Not what I needed to deal with after a 600 mile drive, but that is exactly what I had to deal with. My paperwork clearly said KING Sized Bed ....... the room had a queen sized bed and was told there was not a king bed available.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: On a scale of 1--10 rating breakfast -----------comparing to other hotel brands i would say a 7
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The pool and hot tub were excellent! Hot tub was a little too hot, but excellent nonetheless.
Cons: I was surprised there weren’t any usb charging ports for electronic devices in our room. However we called to the front desk and Jackie let me borrow hers for the night! She was awesome!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect, suite is spacious, facilities is fine and wide variety of food during breakfast compare to others.

6,0 Good
Pros: Amenities were better than expected (bistro). Very knowledgable helpful staff.
Cons: over-priced; the room we got should not cost more than $150 USD
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Had very noisy people above us and the clerk assisted us in changing our room.
Cons: The hall carpet was dirty (Especially by elevator).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed at this hotel repeatedly over a long period when we visit family in Stockton. We're very comfortable here! The rooms are sizeable. The beds are invariably very comfortable. The staff are friendly, caring and helpful. The parking is close and bountiful. Moving our stuff in and out is easy. The area and the property are beautiful, very quiet and near a doughnut place whose "hot sign" is always on. What more could we expect?!
Cons: The breakfast was satisfactory for a hotel that provides complimentary breakfasts - order at counter, limited choices, order delivered from displays in counters (Starbucks) - but we paid, as I remember, $31 for it. When we stay at this hotel, we normally go out to a sit-down restaurant nearby.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good environment for large groups of teens. Friendly staff.
2,9 Mediocre
Cons: Staff very unfriendly and not helpful. Not one thing worked. Dirty and stinky room, and worst part woke up to a Giant! Cockroach! In the bathroom. Absolutely unacceptable especially for the price. Staff still did not care.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Eason of check in and out. Staff was fantastic
Cons: Food ordered in the morning was awful.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The pool area was nice as it was quiet. The bed was fairly comfortable.
Cons: The bedroom was cramped, dark and stuffy with a tiny sink and the bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. On booking, we had requested a quiet room away from the lift. We were given room number 2019 - the room which is the CLOSEST to the lift. We asked for a move, but were told the hotel was full.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are very taken care of and the room smelled fresh and clean when we entered.
7,5 Good
Cons: Freeway close. Good parking

7,9 Good
Pros: Nice and clean room with a nice view on the water. Nice facilities, pool, fitness, washer and dryers (free of charge).
Cons: Front desk during checkin was not friendly at all. And we booked a double queen room (for 3 people), but they didn’t have any available so gave us an “upgrade” to a suite. The suite was nice but only had one bed, and a sofabed which was not comfy.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable room with a lovely yard and view.
Cons: Sheets had a stain on them.
7,0 Good
Pros: Across the street from City Hall and on the river in Stockton, that was great
Cons: Although there is a new looking lobby and bar, which is nice. the rooms were disappointing. And this place must be owned by a conservative radical. The small TVs did not have CNN and only news channel it had was Fox.

I think there was a broken pipe in my room because the floor next to the add closest to the refrigerator with very wet. Cons: The hotel smells like cigarettes. The room only smelled a little like that, but the halls were pretty bad. A corner of my room also smelled a little bit like pee, which was really disconcerting. The breakfast was also not a full breakfast or near it.

Pros: Staff was froendly
Cons: Old, dirty, mold in shower, holes in walls and some were patched but my 12 year old daughter could've done better. Had I not been so tired that I couldn't hold my eyes open, I wouldn't have stayed. Seriously thought of just sleeping in my car instead

Pros: Good location right off the highway with a Denny's in the same parking lot. The woman at the front desk was very nice.
Cons: I had requested a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room which reeked of old smoke. The hotel itself was poorly kept up. The bath towels had large marks on them as if they had been run over by something.
1,0 Poor
Cons: Hotel is in Avery bad neighborhood. Rooms are smelly . No elevator! The breakfast area barely fit 4 adults and 4 kids in there.

Pros: The staff at the front desk was just wonderful. From letting us know everything that was available to us during our stay to filling up the coffee pot even though it was almost 9:30.
Cons: It would have been great to have a couple of EV chargers outside. I did see more than a couple of Electric cars during my stay.

Pros: Close to food
Cons: They let people smoke at the front door. Booked two rooms. Showed up at 8pm and they have one away. Did not credit my account. Worst hotel I have ever been to in my life. NEVER stay here it’s dirty and their are drug addicts walking around

Pros: No room service, and I had to go get the towels from front desk, the sheets were dirty. not good :(

Pros: The entire hotel smelled horrible. From the moment you walk in your almost suffocating from multiple odors. Septic, trash, abrasive chemical smells... It was very difficult staying in the room, the bathroom was worse, the stairwells are rancid, the elevator was like a gas chamber. I dont have any allergies or respiratory conditions otherwise I may have ended up in the emergency room. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was granola bars and packaged muffins. the coffee was good.

Pros: I always enjoy staying at an extended stay because it’s just like a little studio apartment.
Cons: Not so much the property I didn’t like just the city.

Pros: the location of the hotel was convenient and the price was nice
Cons: They were overbooked so one family in our party did not have a room at all and had to drive over an hour back home. The room was not clean and extremely run down. Not to mention there was definitely all walks of life staying at the hotel one room was so loud and saying things that scared my 12 year old daughter so much she spent 15 minutes refusing to stay there. It's just not a place I would recommend a family, children or young women to stay on their own.

Pros: The location was decent do to c Lose proximity to local restaurant s.
Cons: When we first arrived the hotel desk staff was very unhelpful and quite rude. She was even rude to people over the phone. It took us an hour to check in, but had she been slightly helpful our check in could have been easier. Also the hotel did not have available towels upon request. The room didn't have any plates or utensil.

Pros: Can only be describe as a hell hole, worst stay I have ever endured: Extremely loud being right on the motorway, was given a “jacuzzi” room which didn’t work, the bath plug also didn’t work, hairs all over the room from previous people, smelly bed sheets, suspicious behaviour outside, very unsafe and scary place would not recommend at all
Cons: We didn’t like any of it, we were scared it was so loud, we didn’t sleep, the room was smelly and dirty it was awful

Pros: Nothing, do not stay here it is not safe.
Cons: Being that we were driving a pickup with attached construction trailer, we were told to park in the back-lot out of eyesight of our room. During the night someone cut the catalytic converter from the truck causing $6700.00 in needed repairs.
