6,3 Good
Pros: I was pleased with the location and room itself. Beds were comfortable and I liked that the suite had kitchen necessities.
Cons: I was not happy with the check in process. My room was not ready upon arrival. I left for over an hr and returned and the room was still not ready. I did not get checked into my room until an hr and a half after the check in time. The garbage disposal did now work and needed maintenance to come fix it not even 30 minutes into our stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I love this hotel. The staff are friendly, the room quiet and comfortable. I truly appreciate that my requests are honored; ie, top floor and away from the elevator.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable, safe, private and attractive.
Cons: Marriott might try something else for breakfast
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We got out of our test earlier than expected and went to the hotel and asked if we could check in early , about noon. The lady who was at the front desk said sure and gave me an accessible room next to the rear door that was perfect for my needs.
Cons: The ice Maker in the fridge was turned off and the bin empty but the front desk staff went right to the kitchen and got me my bin full for my medical ice cooler machine. The staff was very helpful and responsive to my needs.
7,0 Good
Cons: The nose ubove us and the elevator slow.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Judith, Front Desk Representative, was very helpful. Before I arrived, I called and spoke to Judith. I requested early check in. She was able to accommodate my request. After being on the road for 6 hours, this was refreshing. Judith have me a great room location. When I travel to Stockton, the Residence Inn by Marriott will be my only stay location.
Cons: No Ice machines - I had to go to the Front Desk for ice.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I arrived late at night and the checkin staff was professional and courteous. She had my portfolio ready and made the checkin process very quick and easy. Thank you !
Cons: The parking lot was incredibly full and the spaces seemed to close together - there was no room to get out of the car as there were lots of really large trucks that took up too much space.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: We had to leave early the next day so we didn't get to have breakfast. The facility was very good, clean, peaceful. The staff was great and help us greatly with the reservation mix-up.
Cons: The only thing I would say that need improving is the booking process. I booked the room online directly on your website. I was not aware that the booking was done thru Booking.com....Well when we arrived, front desk couldn't find my reservations. I had to call booking.com and they explained about the process and for what ever reason Residence Inn did not receive my booking there fore they couldn't find me. Thank God as I was about to leave, your manager came and was able to find us a room (and a better one) with your facility. Your staff was very good, calm and respectful threw out the whole ordeal.

6,8 Good
Pros: Nice and quiet
Cons: Get rid of riffraff nearby
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Getting to the location was a little intimidating. However, once we got there, we were pleased with the hotel and liked the openness of the bar and outside areas.
Cons: No water offered in the room.
7,0 Good
Pros: Across the street from City Hall and on the river in Stockton, that was great
Cons: Although there is a new looking lobby and bar, which is nice. the rooms were disappointing. And this place must be owned by a conservative radical. The small TVs did not have CNN and only news channel it had was Fox.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The food staff were very friendly and helpful. The prices were all fair.
Cons: The front clerks were not so friendly . They seemed peeved upon approach and seemed to not want o be there.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The bed!
Cons: Not really.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Accommodations were excellent but hotel staff was average.
Cons: When I went to check in there was one customer in front of me and when he was done, I went up to the counter and the lady that was behind the counter wasn't too friendly. Maybe it's because I am Asian and she was white. I dunno. She didn't acknowledge me right away and seemed pre-occupied with the computer. A guy at another counter helped me. He was okay. Seemed like he might have been a student. Stayed there two nights. Accommodations were just fine but hotel staff was average.
7,5 Good
Cons: I thought the grounds would be more colorful. It definitely doesn't look like the pictures.
1,0 Poor
Pros: The bar and restaurant
Cons: The front desk staff/ the room choice for it being my first time staying there. The pool being small with a lot of people in it.
6,3 Good
Pros: The fish dinner gave me heart burn and loose bowls. It was pretty oily. The Cole slaw was too salty. I did not have breakfast.
Cons: Always put on hold when trying to make a reservation; Not enough lighting in the bathroom; bed was too hard. When we got off the elevator at the 3rd floor, was shocked to see how stained and dirty carpet was. This is the fault of Housekeeping. Shame on them.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The location was in the heart of Stockton, which meant it did not take long to get other places in town. There were security guards who helped escort people to their cars at night for some extra safety measures. The room itself was beautiful; there was plenty of room for our cat to roam around and feel comfortable, with only a price of $20 to have her inside the room. The bathroom was nice and spacious! They also had a lovely area outside where you could enter a medium-sized pool right by the waterfront. There were also ping pong and pool tables for those who wanted to occupy their time.
Cons: The beds were a bit smaller than I anticipated; but considering the price, it was reasonable. In addition, there was no door to fully enclose me inside of the shower. For those traveling with family, I would not recommend sharing the restroom since the shower was transparent.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing and the location was perfect.
Cons: The beds are not that comfortable and the drinks and food are little expensive.
4,3 Okay
Pros: Convenient location to the convention we were attending.
Cons: Air conditioning did not work in our room. When I booked I called and let them know I had 2 vehicles, they said no problem. Got there, was only allowed to park 1 in their secured lot. They advised to park in the lot across the street. Got in my car to come home, minus a catalytic converter.

I love staying at the Hilton. The water feature out front was probably one of my favorite things. I am sitting on the balcany.
Cons: I requested an early check-in and was told I would get a phone call when our room was ready but no one ever called. We get up early early and we would have liked to have been able to have more coffee. I was surprised to see the hotel did not have coffee other than too few old things that were in my room. I think there was a broken pipe in my room because the floor next to the add closest to the refrigerator with very wet. I was surprised to know that they didn't have maintenance on the site all day long. It was a broken glass in the elevator and it was there for quite a while before somebody cleaned it up because we were told there was no maintenance or staff available to clean it up. Brian the young man at the front desk was fabulous.

Pros: I was over all impressed by the hotels cleanliness, and their amazing breakfast menu! Most hotels in small remote areas, typically are not well taken care of, and offer cereal as part of their “breakfast included” option! Pros: The room. It was neat, clean, cool and comfortable.
Cons: The outside grounds were littered and did not look to be well cared for. The breakfast was barely passable.

Cons: The breakfast was disappointing
7,0 Good
Pros: The location, minus the homeless people all around!
Cons: The property needs to clarify whether the customer is okay with a pet room because we were moved because the first room smelled really bad like pets(which I do not have an indoor pets). The breakfast is premade waffles which had to be placed on a toaster that really didn’t toast the waffle(which made the people behind me impatient) cold boiled eggs which there wasn’t any way to heat them. Green bananas. The coffee was good!

Cons: The hotel smells like cigarettes. The room only smelled a little like that, but the halls were pretty bad. A corner of my room also smelled a little bit like pee, which was really disconcerting. The breakfast was also not a full breakfast or near it.

Pros: Staff was froendly
Cons: Old, dirty, mold in shower, holes in walls and some were patched but my 12 year old daughter could've done better. Had I not been so tired that I couldn't hold my eyes open, I wouldn't have stayed. Seriously thought of just sleeping in my car instead

Pros: Good location right off the highway with a Denny's in the same parking lot. The woman at the front desk was very nice.
Cons: I had requested a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room which reeked of old smoke. The hotel itself was poorly kept up. The bath towels had large marks on them as if they had been run over by something.

Cons: Hotel is in Avery bad neighborhood. Rooms are smelly . No elevator! The breakfast area barely fit 4 adults and 4 kids in there.

Pros: They're doing a lot to improve this motel in every area. I was impressed by the attentive front desk, security and housekeeping staff. Pros: The people were nice. It seemed that the area was good.
Cons: This hotel was filthy, run down, we changed rooms wide because rooms were not clean and dis not have the basic necessities such as towels, toilet paper, bedding, working A.C., working door, working tv. We just couldn't believe how many things were bad.
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: The mattress quality was good - other than that the bed spread was stained an had multiple cigarette burns in it.
Cons: When we arrived we found out that they had given our rooms away, after calls to Kayak they put us in the 2 most disgusting rooms I've ever seen. They had not been cleaned, we found dirty under wear and a dirty sock. The bedding and carpets were stained and un serviced. We had to ask for TP & Towels. There was exposed wiring, electrical boxes hanging out of the walls. Electrical with tape and wire nuts exposed, no phone, no microwave and no Fridge. as advertised. The bathrooms hadn't been cleaned, the towel rack was pulled from the wall and on the floor. The front door was damaged and poorly repaired. They never officially checked us in, no credit card, no ID, no filling out paperwork just gave us room keys. I've never had an experience like this and I travel a lot. I took pictures if any one is interested. Don't go there ever!!! Will be filing a complaint with the city of San Jose - Health hazard! Safety Hazard! Guranteed disgust!

Pros: Front Desk person was great but didn't have much to work with. Rest of staff were rude.
Cons: Terrible hotel. Rooms were subpar for price,tv would't shut off, no Internet as advertised door security was lacking. Worst hotel I ever stayed in. I want my money back.
