Uncomfortable bedding, small locker for computer, location is good only if you have a meeting in the next door convention center. It was raining and the hotel didn’t offer umbrellas. You need to pay for it. You need to schedule for cleaning your room. A lot of “little” unusual for international hotels standards. It will be OK to have it disclosed somewhere before you pay.
