Pros (+) what breakfast? I would have loved to have had something to eat.
Cons (-) the noise was horrible. could hear every noise, water running, people talking, doors closing, floors creaking. How can anyone sleep?

Pros (+) I have stayed here many times. There is nothing fancy about this hotel, but all I need is a bed and bathroom when I come to steamboat. I am in Steamboat to enjoy the out of doors, not my hotel. Rooms are clean. Check in was fast. Hop on the walking trail and walk along the yampa river 4 miles into town. Pros (+) Definitely not the best hotel we have stayed in, but for the price and being able to bring our dog with us it worked out just fine. The room had kind of a weird smell and the beds could have been a little more comfortable, but like I said before, for the price it was alright.
Cons (-) -smell of the room -beds not very comfortable -no microwave -no way to adjust the temperature (no thermostat in the room)
