The desk was infested with ants and I had to take my laptop in to get inspected to ensure no ants got into it.
Pros. Great stay. Staff made us feel like family. They where kind and courteous. Prompt to all request. Room was perfect. Only downfall I could find was one elevator and it was slow. Specially in the morning when housekeeping was trying to come up as everyone else was trying to go down. But they was nice enough to exit the elevator to let guests go first. Breakfast was very good to. If you ever need a place to stay in Springfield, I would definitely recommend this hotel!!!
