Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access local attractions, the promenade, and historical sights. The staff consistently received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and willingness to go above and beyond, including assisting with luggage and providing excellent communication. Cleanliness was also noted positively in several reviews. However, multiple guests reported issues with the bathroom facilities, particularly with hot water availability and small or outdated bathrooms. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some finding it adequate and others noting limited options. Despite some drawbacks, the overall guest experience was very positive, especially due to the location and service.
