Pros: I liked basically everything, rooms were just perfect, the stuff was amazing, we experienced absolutely no problems. I was in Savoy several years ago, and I will definitely come back again. I'm gluten intolerant, and the stuff in Savoya restaurant was very helpful, I had even gluten-free bread and sweeties during the breakfast.

Cons: We ordered a massage in SPA, it wasn't bad, just typical oil massage, the price in Prague will be ~800–1000 CZK per person, we paid ~4.500 (so ~2.250 per person) for one hour, so (IMO) a bit overpriced. In comparison with Savoya restaurant, the prices were quite high, but the service and the meal were fantastic, so it totally worth it. Can't say the same about the SPA :(

Pros: We are a family with 2 kids. Everyone loved the hotel. It is clean and modern. The swimming pools are fun, especially the kids pool. We didn't have time to go to the saunas - but they looked nice. The hotel was build on top of an old bunker - and so there are some fun, unique areas in the hotel to explore. The hotel is also right next to a fun tarzan park and great hiking paths. We were there in early autumn and there was already snow high up in the mountains. The staff went out of their way to assist us. Thanks!

Cons: Unfortunately, despite the Czechs priding themselves for tossing out the communists in the Velvet revolution, the vestiges of the past haven't been fully removed. At check-in time, the staff forces you to present identification papers to inform the local police. Horrible we still live in that world!

Cons: 2 things - 1st no room amenities such as apples,chocolates on the pillows or kettle for tea or coffee having 4 star this should get into by owner or operators of hotel . 2nd quality of honey during breakfast. Honey was simply like a sugar bag . I expected more . I brought this to attention of reception staff while check out also Jakub(waiter) but both seemed to me that did not care . As a frequent traveler , I would suggest them to take guest feedback in to consideration as it is important for future of business

Cons: The evening we came was very snowy, we had issues with reaching the hotel as it's over a hill. Once we arrived the parking lot was completley under the snow and nobody even tried to clean it. Better you're prepared with wheel chains or 4x4.

Most probably we will come back one day :) The wellness was great and whole new, really perfect after hiking day. The restaurant si also very good, they have really good cook! The hotel is fully refurbished, brand new, very nice breakfast with amazing few to the slope. Their restaurant cooks very good food with reasonable prices. Spa facilities are very nice and really worth visiting. Staff is very helpful and willing to do an extra mile for a guest. Although it’s a small hotel, there is a children room which is huuuge plus when traveling with kids. Hotel 3 min away on the taxi from slope sv.petr, so location is very good, and there is beautiful road for a walk to the city centre. We really enjoyed the hotel and our stay. I would definitely recommend for those visiting spindl.

Cons: The breackfest was poor, the variety of dishes was the same every day. In case of booking not on their web-site, all wellness must be paid additionally and this price is high for such a service (it was a surprice for us). Wifi was not stable. The room on the first floor was really noisy, at morning, at night you can hear reception and all the maids. And there wasn't any shampoo and slippers in the bathroom.

Cons: no cleaning in the room, no even shampoo in the the room, only low quality liquid soap. In the room 2 separate beds for a couple that was somehow modified with a 1 long street. Nasty dirty socks smell in the room.Food in the restaurant is a holy disaster. Ordered a medium rare steak but it was completely raw. Dirty tables and cutlery, that you asking to change. Parking is for 6 euro outside the hotel + hotel tax. You ask personal for anything to get an oblivious service.

Pros: It’s a newly renovated hotel, that is perfectly clean and comfortable, the view from the balcony was just beautiful. The spa facility was clean and one can relax after skiing. Restaurant with a view, which was a nice addition.
Cons: Definitely not for couples or people wanting to relax with no kids during or after Chirstmas/ New Years break. In the afternoon the spa area was constantly occupied by screaming and running everywhere kids. Breakfast was very average and basic. No vegan options, little vegetarian options.

Cons: we were given a room on the top floor where the ceiling is angled for the roof. the angle is right above the bed and the children kept bumping their heads on it. probably best to ask for a room on one of the other floors if you have small children.

Cons: Unfortunatelly the dinner in hotel was nothing special. When we choosed from menu they have told us that half of the things if not available due to the closure of the hote in one week. It has been visible also during breakfast when everyday it was more poor than day before.

Cons: Forget four star hotel experience !!! Walls are so thin, you can hear what people from next door are talking about! Bathroom is a toilet with a shower. You get wifi that requires logging in every time after you stop using network for a minute! The swimming pool is more like a big bathtube then a pool for swimming. The food at the hotel restaurant is awefull and expensive ( 350 CZK for a fried cheese with fries where breading was the thickest i have ever expierienced!), checking out took 15 minutes (!!!) with two ladies at the front desk (one was trying to use a computer, the others was watching and smiling) and a huge line of people waiting for check out.

Cons: 1) No elevator (the reception is on top of the hotel but if you want to ski then you have to go down (to the bottom) - the difference between first and last floor is like 3 floors. It is problematic if you check-in at evening or night cause reception is closed at 8 o'clock and then you have to get your stuff from the bottom. 2) We have to pay by CASH for parking and air tax (other stuff we can pay by card) - so weird 3) Kids room (small amount of activity that you can do with your kid/kids) - it looks different than in the google pictures. That's why I am attaching a real photo. Not recommend for long stay (more than 2 days) 4) Sauna was unavailable 5) You have to pay for parking

Everything is old and - with regards to the lockers for the Ski equipment - even damaged. We even had to beg for a hair-dryer. The breakfast included is basic and often not tasteful at all. Parking comes with extra costs, as well as using the sauna (which is not recommendable at all). I would not complain at all, if all that came for a reasonable price (for 40-60 EUR per night). But with regards to a price of more than 300 EUR per night, I honestly feel ripped off completely.

Pros: The hotel itself was so nice. The room was excellent and the view was great. I loved the whole wellness area. Clean, pretty and so many different things! A hot tub, sauna, steam room and pool. It was perfect. And on top of that the staff was all so nice! Truly a lovely place to stay!

Cons: Our room (no. 303, superior suite, superiorly priced) was located on the top floor with a broken roof window (could not be closed, no blind but sheet provisionally and too poorly fixed with blu tack in front of it, so that repeated fell down. So the room was overheated and too light to sleep in the morning.It was obvious that this flaw was well established over a longer period of time and well known by the staff. They were trained in playing it down and simply prolifically (very kindly, though) saying sorry. However, no compensation was offered.

Cons: The main improvement point is that most of the staff doesn't speak English, while it says that English is one of the languages in which the guests can receive service. The other thing - the food in the restaurant wasn't that good. Also the hotel needs a bit of refreshing but that didn't make our stay unpleasant.

Cons: Perfect spot to stay after a long day of hiking activities. Very close to the ski lifts. You have to book and reserve the salt cave if you like to access it. Clean and good friendly staffs. Reception door needs to have a big sign board next to the door. Great location although public transportation may not be much available or not much published how to commute. Having a car is very easy.

Cons: I would rather call it a Motel not an Hotel. It consists of several separated buildings. No lobby, no bar, only living rooms. There is a small restaurant which isn't able to service a lot of guests, so the meals are in batches. Since it is in a separate building one must exit outside wearing all outfits, in order to have the breakfast. No elevators in the buildings, so you can find yourself carrying all your luggage to second or third floor.

Cons: No one heater in the room or in bathroom was warm - it was not possible to dry clothes, especially after the swimming. Swimming pool was cold, without a jacuzzi to warm up, without the possibility to use it with a sauna. The whole 'wellness' area was only for adults and to expensive, if somebody wants to use only sauna. The ladies at the receptions were unfriendly - we had to feel some guilt, if we asked everything or wanted to used something. We paid for everything and a whole price, so, we don't think we were 'bad' guests. The dragons at the reception even dared to bawl out us when we didn't followed some rule - that wasn't told us - to bring pool balls to the reception. We cannot understand the unfriendliness of the reception ladies and we felt us not welcome. For the money we paid for accommodation and other services, it is not acceptable. The breakfast was unsatisfactory for price and not so good as we know from other hotels in Czech.

Cons: Short opening hours for dinner, restaurant serving till 21:30. Poor breakfast selection. Short opening hours for ski rental at the hotel - closed by the time breakfast finished. Pool and wellness facilities leave a lot to wish for, it only looks well on pictures - very dated and not guest friendly - keys for sauna had to be collected from hotel main reception which is in public area, sun beds on different floor from the wellness area, accessible only through public areas again. New year's eve celebration party included in the rate but very difficult to call it a party - some random food served some music played, if I knew it will look like this I would book different NYE party, left to the room 9pm and watched TV as it was more entertaining. No option to charge bar / restaurant purchases on the room, had to pay there and then.
